Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions, your booking is confirmation of your acceptance of these.
Booking Fee
All reservations must be confirmed with a booking fee of $(xx) by cash or Credit/Debit Card. If cash is the preferred method of payment we require a credit card number for security purposes. By making payment of your booking fee it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable in the event that the client cancels or changes their mind. A booking confirmation will be issued at the time of booking noting the booking fee has been paid. This booking fee will come off the total cost of your booking.

Booking Payments
Weddings/Formals: 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking day with the remainder of payment to be paid leading up to the booking or on the day of the booking.
Major Events (such as Roam Rutherglen): Bookings for special events are 100% non-refundable if cancelled within 28 days of booking. These events include Roam Rutherglen, Sporting Events, Concerts.
All Other Bookings: Cancellations for booking must be made 72 hours before scheduled booking date.
After this period deposits will not be refunded for cancelling or for no-show on the day of the booking .

Booking Changes
Booking changes must be advised as early as possible.

Hire Agreement
The hire agreement can only be made by persons aged 18 years and over. The hiring customer will be held responsible for the conduct of all passengers within their party. V.I.P. Limousines reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately, without refund if passengers become unruly or abusive. When a person under the age of 18 makes an enquiry about a hiring, a parent/guardian must enter into the agreement on that under age person's behalf.
Quote Expiry
The quote expires 30 days after the date of issue.
Venue Accessibility
Due to the length of our vehicle, access into some venues, suburban streets and driveways may be restricted and pickup/drop-offs at the front door may not be achievable.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse passage to any venue that they deem unsafe to the vehicle or passengers and will instead suggest an alternative pick up/drop off location.
Non Smoking
Should this standard condition be ignored the drivers are instructed to terminate the charter immediately, without refund if a member of your party smokes in the vehicle.
Safety & Child Restraints
As per the road traffic act all passengers in the vehicle must always wear the provided seat belts.
By law child restraints must be fitted for children below the age of 7. We do not supply child restraints and it is up to the booking party to be aware of our terms and conditions regarding child restraints and supply child restraints as needed.
Vehicle Damage
Damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by the party (including upholstery damage, spillage and soiling) will be charged to the hiring customer. You, the hirer, agree that all follow-up charges for overtime or excessive soiling/cleaning shall be charged to your credit card. The cleaning and sanitising fee for soiling is $(xx), damage will be at cost. Repair costs will be invoiced and deducted from the booking credit card.
If a group is refused entry to a venue, we reserve the right to terminate the charter and return to initial pick up with no refunds and full monies paid.
Any fights/ anti-social behaviour in our vehicle are not tolerated and the charter will be terminated with no refunds.
Lost Property
We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle. We will endeavour to return lost property to customers within a suitable timeframe.
Unforseen
We are not liable for circumstance beyond our control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Vehicle system (ie. air-conditioning, stereo etc) failures, whilst rare, can happen either before or mid-way through a charter. If any vehicle system failure occurs, prior to or during a booking, but the vehicle is mechanically capable of finishing the charter, it will do so and no compensation will be offered or payable.
Mechanical breakdown – whilst every effort is made with regards to maintenance of our vehicle, breakdowns can and do occur. Each occurence will be judged by its own merits and any compensation reached by mutual agreement.

Amendment to Terms & Conditions
V.I.P. Limousines reserves the right to amend our Terms and Conditions. Amended terms and conditions will appear on our website as they are made.
